Twenty years ago...sexy women was about having big boobs...it was tha shit,if you had a pair of big balloons...not tht it's bad thing now but back then..girls with large butt were considered as fat or just too big...





Nowdays...it's not like that...people finaly realized tht booty or glutes are pretty much what gives a female body that feminine line...so the booty euphoria began...



Facebook,instagram,music videos..everything is flooded with sexy round butts...



So...i get alot of questions from girls...and gay guys...how to make their butt bigger and rounder...

Accidentally i happen to have pretty strong glutes and over that whenever i get fat...the fat goes first on my butt..which would be very sexy if i was a gal or a gay...but since i try to look like a bodybuilder tht kinda sucks...

Anyhoo...girls usualy think that if i have a round butt..i gotta know the way how to  make other butts round too...well...not necessarily 

I used to hsve this bmx bicycle and i was riding it all day long...my butt was pumped...when i start running...my butt got pumped...start squatting...again...so..my point is don't always do what people with results say..cuzz even if they r right...it just might not work for you...

But for all of you my beautiful cunts out there...we need to set the record straight...do you know which sport are you talking about when you ask for bigger and rounder butt...

Yes,that disgusting thing that's not even a sport..with all those disgusting looking people...that one..exactly that one...so if you want to apply a bodybuilding rules on your body...u might at least shut tha fuck up and listen...
Girls with strong glutes...like naturaly strong glutes...will only squat and get their butt pumped



...but for all of you others,who do not have that privilege i have a good news for you...

IT'S FUCKIN POSSIBLE FOR YOU TOO!!!!

All you need is a couple rules you need to follow,ofcourse good food..but first thing you need is a pair of big fuckin balls...cuzz you know what...making big glutes is like making any other muscle big...IT'S PAINFUL!!!!

If it's not painful...you're not doing it wrong...period...write that down you fuckin pussies!!!

Now the difference between naturaly gifted and the rest of people is that...for those without tht gift...your squats will hit more of your quads your hamstrings or even your back but it's gonna avoid hitting you glutes..it's a natural respond of your body...

But...there is something you can do to change that...it's called PREHEAT!!!

It's whn you make your glutes very,very tired before you start with complex movements such as squats or leg press or hack-machine,or smith...etc...



So with those glutes realy tired from the beginning u get your muscle failure in them before your body take over most of that heavy weight on your quads,hammies or lower bk...ok?



Have u noticed something in my last sentence...it's the word HEAVY!!!!

Your squats needs to be HEAVY,your leg press...HEAVY..all those basic movements should be HEAVY...and that's first thing that differs basic exercises from those preheat exercises...

Preheat exercises you should do with at least 20-30 reps to failure..and basic heavy ones should go not over 15 reps...i would even say 8-15 reps...also UNTILL YOU GET THE MUSCLE FAILURE!!!

This is crutial...if you finish a heavy set and having strenght to do a few reps more...just go home..cuz you're a fuckin pussy...if you alrady visiting the gym,you already paying that membership card...at least fuckin do it right..do it 100 fuckin percent!

A had this bitch friend....she was all about oh i train hard i'm hard core...and she was for a averige girl in the gym...which is not too heavy but on our first leg day...she went to throw up after we were done...so give at least 100%...cuzz everithing below is for fuckin losers!!



Now most common exercises i recomend as a preheat would be ofc lunges...that one fuckin kills,hip thrust...a great one that i actualy took from that puking gal:)))...sumo squats..good one...but also machines such as butt blaster or any similar is great....




In the end of a day..you chose which one works best for you...you might even do the job with only one movement and your good to go but the most important thing is to have your glutes burning and screaming for help before you start squatting...it's tht simple...



Now those r the things tht i can help u with...the stuff that nobody can possibly help you with are...

Where you gonna hold fat once you start pigging up...that's simply imprinted in you dna or wherever...and...be clear about one thing...strong glutes are one thing...but wide hips-small waist is also something you were born with so...those stuff are like if you have them good if you don't...forget about it...don't cry about it...don't feel this or that...there can be a million ways to be and to feel beautiful so all you need to do is to find one that works for you...and be fuckin gorgeous!!!!
