Years go by...we're still trying to getaway with as less "musts" as possible..and then...

We find a job...boom...a first fuckin serious MUST...

No bullshit,your boss doesn't give a fuck about how tired you are,how lazy u are..what your other friends do while you work..none of that shit...

So what do you do...you have to work...but beside that you're not giving any additional effort in anything else but enjoying your free time...

Boom..you fall in love..after a while u decide to have kids..3...2....1..boom!

You're completely fucked!!!

You don't sleep enough,you don't eat when you're hungry but only when you're allowed,you don't have money for a vacations,even if you do,you're vacation will never be the same with kids..long story short...a living fuckin nightmare...

It's so hard it's so overwhelming...it's so fuckin every day that you feel like you're in a fuckin prison and you haven't done nothing wrong...

You hate your life...you hate waking up,you hate your days,you hate your nights...

When's gonna be the next time you gonna be able to watch TV weekends until noon,when you gonna spontaneously fuck your wife or your husband...when you gonna..do anything without planning first...when..when you're kids go to college or university or army or wherever the fuck they need to go???

We all know that's too late..you'll be too old,too tired and definitely to fuckin' numbed...

But have you noticed one thing....the reason why you never had time for anything were your kids...right?

Why..well you need to fix them food,take them to daycare and all that stuff..but even when you're home...you're bringing them shit,feeding them,playing with them,doing everything to make them happy...to make their life as greater as it can be...WHY????

Because you're parents did the same shit with you...every time you wanted something...you would get it...sooner or later anyway...

So...your parents were suckin your dick all your childhood...presented this world as some place where...others suck your dick on your demand and now you're doing the same thing with your kids...

Why....

You know why...because you love your kids...and you see LIFE as something hard and not fun...so you're suckin their dicks because you simply wanna protect you children from...LIFE:))))

And then..when they grow old enough...and they face their LIFE...boss,school..and all those disgusting "MUSTS"...they again...exactly as you...do the exact same mistakes...

Life is a constant struggle...face that as soon as possible and you'll maybe be able to be happy later on...otherwise...you're constantly gonna wait that weekend,that vacation,that...fun times....

Why don't you instead start with accepting things the way they are and introduce you kids with those things ASAP...

First...you let them all their childhood eat McDonalds because you're too tired to cook and then when they all get fat or shitty looking...then you motherfuckers....then you tell them about healthy food makes you healthy and good looking...

Imagine a lioness never teach her babies of hunting...just give them food whenever they are hungry...what happens when something bad happens to her...they are good as dead...

The most cruelest way to treat you kids is to present this life as something easy and fun just as it is...

Sure it can be fun,but you need to make it fun...cuz no one is gonna make it for you...you,you,you...everything you want...YOU GO AND YOU FUCKIN GET IT...

I wanna draw a parallel between these two subjects because I think there's a quite simple but reasonable explanation behind it...overeating and cheating:)

Okay so now,let me explain something very quickly...a man is an animal..nothing more!

When we were born,we are all creatures that follows only our instincts..and that's exactly what animals do...

A lioness is having babies and she doesn't have the sex drive...a lion wanna fuck her so he kills her babies in order to make her fuck him...

This is for all of you dicks out there that claim how the animals are beautiful creatures..they are...physically...but inside they're cruel wild beings...period!

Being fat is very dangerous..it can lead you to all different kinds of illness and eventually death...but u know this right...

What you don't know is the story behind it....the one I accidentally do know,not because I'm smart but because I've listened to some lecture about diabetes,overweight people,and the evolution behind it...

U see from the nature's point...all living creatures have only one purpose in this world...REPRODUCTION!

That's why scientists tell you that if you wanna postpone your death you should eat less...how interesting is that..cuz by eating less than you want to...you are actually tricking the nature to let you live longer...😱😱😱

So your instincts tell you...eat,eat...but your intelligence says...if you eat you die......and that my friends is what divides us from the animal kingdom...the ability to act civilized despite our instincts!!!!

Okay...you may presume that I get a lot of this stuff like....daily..what should I do to lose weight...

It depends but usually it takes somewhere between one week and ten days...so you'll be it top shape for you upcoming birthday party next week!

Do I need to go on diet to lose weight...

No!Not just that you need a diet but it's actually necessary for you to overeat in order to boost your fat burning!

Do I need to eat chicken and rice now,or can I eat NORMAL food just less?

No..you can eat McDonalds every day..and those fit good looking people eat their chicken and rice because they like the taste and dryness if it!

Can you give me some fat burners so I don't have to go to the gym?

Hitting the right muscle technique!

Today I was thinking of writing a bit about this bodybuilding shit...

Lots of people ask me about how should they perform a certain exercise in order to hit that aimed muscle as hard as possible...

First thing about this is..that no one can really tell you how to hit a certain muscle better...

Dorian still talks about how wide grip is useless for lats and that a bit closer grip is more effective...

Ronnie used to do his lat pull downs with wide grip as fuck...

Both of them had the most fucked up back EVER...

So what have we learned...

There are no strict rules when it comes to this...we are same but also very,very different...so you need to do your research...

However I have my little technique that I often use when I coach people...

All you need is a training partner with fingers...:)) and of course...u need someone that you trust😂😂😂

Let's say your doing your traps or trapezius if you will...And your doing standing rows...

The only thing you're partner needs to do is to use his or her fingers and poke you exactly in the part of your traps u want to hit...

But the catch is that the pressure you'r reciving should be almost painful or very painful in case your muscle is not achieving a strong contraction...

So with that kind of a pressure you squeeze your traps in order to protect yourself from pain..it's almost like you're resisting those fingers that are poking your...

That way you can find out wether you're using to light weight,or maybe to heavy weights..cuz as we all know..if you having aproblem with engaging your shoulders and u put on a shit load of heavy weights...there's a big chance that your triceps and your upper pectorals will take over the most of that heavy weight...so you can establish the range of your lightes and heaviest weight...

You can also determine all different kinds of stuff,such as grip width or stand width...elbow inside,outside...knees like this or like that also a range of motion...cuz not everyone's chest react tge best in a full range of motion while doing bench press...really a lot of variations that are 100% personalized to your body and needs...

How awesome is that:)))) oh and one more thing...

Recently I've published my friends before and after picture on Instagram and Facebook...

Once again...I did what I think I do best...and that is helping others with their food and training...

Out of those twenty people..one or none maintain determined and achieve his or her goals...

What differes that person from the rest of them...

The answer to that question...honestly...I still don't know...

They were all knocking at my door cuz they wanted a change,they all knew that diet,training and cardio is something they should expect... so how come that such a large number of them decided to quit then?

We live in the world where almost nothing is in our control..we do,what others want us to do,we work with stuff that brings us more money,not stuff we would loved to do,we have a car that we can afford,not the one we like...everything is out of our hands...

How come then...people don't stick onto something like this...which is soooo much about them and in their control one hundred percent???

Don't everyone love to have that something that is completely about them ...that thing that gives you the feeling of doing something right,something for you and nobody else...

Fuck....it's so sad if you look at it...

Anyway...my friend here managed to drop 15 kilos in pretty short period of time...after this "before" picture he was still gaining weight for quite some time,eating crap,not giving a fuck about how he looks..and then one day he called me...

Told me he wants everything,workout plan,food plan...the whole thing..

So I gave it to him...explained everything and thought...yeah,right...

Well...I was wrong...he proved me wrong.

You see people are stupid...scared and clueless...and the last thing anyone should try is to talk people into doing something that's right in a global scale...something that's gonna work for several hundreds of years...

And listen..when I say people...I'm not talking Serbian people..I'm talking PEOPLE...period!

Serbs as many others are constantly asking the question...why America and foreign countries are taking a role of a global police and trying to make things right all over the globe...

If you tell them...HEY,THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE,GROUPS,COUNTRIES IN THIS WORLD THAT WILL NEVER GONNA LET OUR WORLD FUNCTION AS A WHOLE...people will tell you....okay but let them be as they were and let us live our lives in peace...

The truth is...there is no peace...never was peace...we are in war with time and against ourselves...

People who made this world modern,structured...powerful...never waited for anything in their lives...they don't wait,the do shit....that's why they are running the show and not us!

To get to the point...recently in Serbia the complete establishment is announcing these threats from the IS (Islamic State)...over and over again....how they are going to attack Serbia over Serbian hatred towards Islam...

Now Serbia doesn't like America...sure...but that shit lasts for like twenty years...but Serbian haterade towards muslim people lasts like more than seven centuries now...

So...what does America and by America I mean the whole western world need to do in order to make Serbia start loving them again...

They need the event...

The event similar to 9\11 where a certain number of Serbs need to get killed in order to understand the real danger of Islamic extremists...but also to understand as clearly as possible and once and for all....

WHY WESTERN WORLD IS IN WAR WITH "EVERYONE"

When the bomb explodes and the people get killed the day after EVERYONE in Serbia will suddenly approve the act of Western World...or The New Word Order...if u will...

Is it tragic...yes of course it is...but...is it the only way to make people change their perspective...u bet your ass!!!

The only question remains is the number...now many people need to be killed in this attack in order to get what is necessary...

I belive they are estimating that based on how many people there is in a certain country...but also how stubborn the whole nation is...and knowing Serbian people I'm sorry to say but it's one of the most stubborn people ever so...I hope that it's not going to be more than a thousand...

My guess is that it's going to happen in capital of Belgrade,and since they're announcing it frequently...I think it's gonna happen before the end of this year...maybe in the beginning of the next...

Me...my mother and some of my friends don't need any event,attack or explosion to understand that Western way of living is far more superior and better than Russian way of living but unfortunately we as well need to pay the ultimate price for the freedom that regardless of what we think never came cheap...
