Sweet potato cake



Hey...ya all...waz up....
   Well as i wrote,i'm gonna put in my sweet potato cake recipie...i just made it,and eat it...i'm telling you guys...i got horny i shit ya not...it's so fuckin' good...
   Now i have to say this before i start...if you're not on diet and you're alowed to eat what ever the fuck you eat....fuck off...i know that real cheese cake or some other shit taste better so go eat that...but if you are on a diet and you are alowed to eat what you're alowed to eat...trust me...it's fuckin' awesome...
   Sweeteners i use...alot...i wrote this as well before...for all of you who are against that...same as previous...fuck of...go live in a fuckin' nature in a tent...made of leaves...cause,it needs to be all natural...you fuckers:)))
  Now...let's cut to the chase...stuff you need to make this orgasm:
  Sweet potato(carrots,pumpkin optional)
   1 banana...also optional
    Flower(wholemeal preferable)
    Oats
    Liquid sweetener
    Seasoning:cardamom,cinnamon
    1 bag of dry jeast

    Frosting:
    Quark...you need here some very low fat cream chesse...in sweden i like mat & bak laktosfri 0,3...in serbia i know they have ella...others...i don't know!
    Sweetener-powder this time...it needs to be realy fine...otherwise it'll crunch on your teeth...wich some may even like...

   Ok...now...you've noticed that i havent put the amounts,and you're already bitching....well,i don't consider my self a chef but i do work as one so what i know for sure is...you don't need any amounts,you go by touch...trust me...it'll work and you not gonna just make it...you gonna learn it!
 So...first thing's first...pre heat the oven on 180 C 
  Now,peal your sweet potatoes...how much...how big cake would you like...i used here about 800g...so after pealing...cut them in smaller chunks so it's cooked faster...and then...put it in a casserole,pot...whatev,add hot water and cook it for about 20 minutes to a half an hour under the lock...just untill they are totaly soft and ready for mash....
  Ok...they're cooked...loose the watter and wait to cool down a bit...you don't want to kill your yeast with a heat...
  Now it's rum's temp. Put it in your mixer,add one banana...two is also fine...none is fine too...
   Mash it to a smooth paste...add a spoon or two of you quark,seasoning and liquid sweetener...how much...well take it little by little and taste it...they way it taste at this point,it's gonna taste when is done...so be generous...and stir some more until everything is well combined...
   Now you add a pack of jeast,oats and flower...here you need to follow the "touch"...since the batter is kinda runny at this point...by adding this dry ingredience...you makin' it les runny and more like doughy...something like the bread dough...soft but not too runny...trust me you can do it...in my 800g of potato i added like 7-8 spoons of flower and 5-6 spoons of oats...
   Now...stir some more...
   Ok...that's done...take some baking tray or other baking dish where you get your amount of batter to be around 2-3cm thickness...cover it with baking papper...and put the batter in...
   Flatten the batter a bit and then...baking time...put it in the middle of the oven and bake it for 40-50 minutes...remember...the only thing that's not eatable now is that little bit of flower...so don't bit your head worrying it's gonna be row...
   While this is baking...frost time...
  Take your quark...how much...well alot...it needs to be nice and thick layer of frosting so be generous...i've put on mine like 1kg of it!
  So...put the quark in a mixing bowl and add ALOT of sweetner powder...first al that powder needs to be a thickner as well...and since you're on diet...you don't want to eat medium sweet cake...you want to eat disgustingly sweet cake...so mix these two well and voala..frosting...done!


Now take out your cake...and let it rest for a while...while baking it has risen but it 's coming down slowly...
  When it's cold enough it's ready to be coverd with frosting..now i made these two separated so when i want to eat it...i cut a piece and put over nice amount of frosting..but if you're having someone invited or you just wanna be more fancy...put all your frosting over the whole cake and there you go...

   P.s. When your cake is comletely cold wrap it in some plast...so it doesn ged dry in a fringe!
