Bulk up your booty,pecs or back

Hey guys...here's something about bodybuilding that I can write about that doesn't give me the feeling of being a total idiot:))))

We all have our weak body parts....someone is having a difficulty to build up chest,some back..some booty...

Regardless of which muscle you want to have bigger this principle that I'm sharing with you should give you results!

Let's start with booty😬...you squat but you only feel it in your quads and with your glutes nothing happens...

Well in the beginning I just need to say that you won't build shit if you don't eat alot of GOOD food...that's number one rule...and number two if you don't experience a muscle failure in that muscle....

Now...you're squaring hard and still nothing...it's because you're body is composed that way where you have strong quads and lower back...and weak glutes....

So every time you experiencing that muscle failure...you've hit your quads and lower back...

What to do?

Preheat...that's your magic word!

Preheat is a technique where you use some isolating exercise first,so you make that muscle super tired from the beginning and then you switch to some heavy movement and heavy weight!!!

In the real world it should be like this....u start your leg workout with isolating exercises such as hip thrusts,but blaster-machine,but also lunges,or sumo squats even though they are not really isolating exercises...

So you make sure you've burned your glutes SEVERELY...no heavy weights....just high intensity,contact with the muscle and burn,burn,burn..until u feel you can't stand up!!!

Now from this point....do squats,use semi heavy weight and you're glutes will be 100%stimulated...and also when you reach that failure with squats u'll be sure that your glutes were the the reason why couldn't you lift that bar another inch  higher!!!

Same goes for chest...first before bench or inclined u do some cable cross which will alow you to achieve super strong and even painful contractions with your pecs and when you completely killed em...u start bench pressing...

You might not be able to lift as heavy...but if you're not a powerlifter who the fuck cares!!!

Now back are a bit tricky cuz this is a bit special muscle party which demands alot of different angles to be stimulated completely...so you can achieve that 3d effect!!!

So if you lack latisimus I'd say do pullovers as your preheat and for thickness maybe some reverse flies with the machine and try to have those painful contractions,before you start rowing:)))

Quads-leg extension 
Traps-maybe shrugs...
Shoulders-flies definitely..but you really need how to do them without just doing your traps instead shoulders...

The only part I don't think you can use a preheat with are arms...

Now...sure,you can have strong contractions in your peaks so you feel them better afterwards when you do standing curls...but when it comes to the circumference of your guns...I BELIEVE....there's nothing you can do but basic biceps-triceps exercises and hole for the best...but again that how aI see things.

In the end I feel the need to say that I'm writing about these techniques not because I think I've overcome my weak body parts but because I think it can be helpful to everyone including me:))))

Now go to the gym...and fuckin kill it👊🏽boom!!!!
