L.C.H.F. low carb high fat...

so...there's this thing about this new...low high high fat way of dieting...the concept is simple...you eat proteins,you eat fat,and you don't eat carbs...like...you eat carbs but not starchy/heavy carbs like potato,rise,bread...just salad and fiber-ish stuff...and what you realy doing is you explaining to your body that it should use fat for energy instead of carbs as it naturaly does.

that would be realy ok with me and i actualy dieted that way couple of times and it works..but now i hear this lchf-gurus teaching people that they can eat like unlimited amounts of food as long as their sorces are not heavy carbs and they'll do good...what the fuck????

i mean..the concept i can agree with but what i can't agree with is that unlimited amounts of food...calories in-calories out...period!!!it doesn't matter what are you eating,if you eat more than you need,you'll start gaining if you eat less than you need.you'll start dropping...simple as that...

so...what i could'n realy understand is...why would somebody say such nonsense to those poor people...and of course...as always...the rooth of all evil...money!!!

if you want to help people..that's good but that doesn't mean that you'll necessarily gonna earn money...what you need to have in order to earn money is something that people will like...and what would those fat people would like better than telling them that they can eat unlimited amount of ANY food and loose weight at the same time...like..eat bearnaise with every meal...your body will instinctively tell you when is enough...hehe...if those people had their instinct developed they wouldn't had this propbem from the begining...

but there you go....you lounch that word out and all the sudden people start spending money on your advices,products or what ever...that´s actualy smart if you ask me...because those people probably don't diserve anything better but a lie...because...you know what...if somebody came out on a tv and said....people...loosinf fat is very hard...you gonna have to give up alot...you gonna have to train maybe even two times a day in porder to loose weight...nobady would listen to that..they would say...yeah,but we already know that...so...what's smart thing to do...

lie the fuckers...who give a fuck...they are fat any way...right;-))))
