there's your secret...when ever you see a huge guy in the gym...don't try to think what are the excuces for you why aren't you like him...ok...just fucking do it...stuff that need to be done...i watched ronnie coleman's videos over and over again...and i know that he doesn't have to work,he's got everything on time and perfect not to metion the amounts and quality of steroids that he is able to afford for him self...i do not have money for that...but first af all he hasn't got all that from his mom when he was born...he earned that too...and second of all i never think about stuff i don't have...i think about the stuff that i do have right now and how to make the best aout of that...period!

i have a good gym,i have time to have two even three workouts a day,i can afford quite good food,and pretty ok supplementation...and there you go...you have so much that a lot of people don't so use that what you have the best possible way you can!

talent...hehe...talent we all have for something,but if you do not develope your skill to use that talent...you'r just a looser...have a great day everybody!
