Sweet potato bread:))

Hey guys what's happening...i was making this great bread recently so i kinda thought i share my recepe whith ya all...

It's not realy a true recipe since i don't have an idea what are the mesures of it since i don't belive in measuring ingredients when cooking food...



So...first you'll need of course sweet potato..i used 3 big ones so i made a shit lot of dough...but one went down on my carb up day so now i have one to take it easy with...

Ok,so you need to peel the potato and my advice is to dise it into small cubes so you need less time to cook it...


All the diced potato put in a bowl...put some lock over and put it in microwave...trust me,it's the fastest way...

It took me about 10 or 15 minutes for my potato to be done...

Once is done take it out...let it cool down a bit and start with step two...making a dough...

Now before i start writing what i have used,you need to know that you can use anything you like and find tasty and mixable with potatoe...

For me it was something like this...first i've put in some kidney beans...


Then of course the main ingredient...


Then this canned and pealed tomatoe...not too much..just to get that necessary sourness...



After that...one of the key ingredient...this will give the body to your bread...so make sure you put in enough of it...it's classic rolled oats.....without them your bread will rise and latten like a fucin' crep..so be careful..



Now i've realized that it wasn't enough with just oats alone so i had to add a bit more of dry ingredients...and this time it was this nice an sweet corn flower:)))


Remember...the only thing you're agter here is of course taste,but also consistence...you want the dough to be a bit thicker than regular dough for plain bread...because all other ingredience consist a shit load of water...and without enough dry stuff you'll get nothing good..


Next...thing i did was putting a couple of eggs in..it'll just rise a bit better but it also gives a nice taste...


After eggs..quark...mine was low fat 0,3% lactose free quark,you can also use greek youghurt or cotage cheese...it's up to you...




After that a bit of seasoning...i used this gread mix from croatia called vegeta..you can take something else and instead of sugar i used my sweetener...


Of course it's always good to boost ypur food with bit of fibres so i added a handful of linseeds...


And finaly,stuff we can't skip...dryed yeast and baking powder!!!


So all this you can mix with your hand mixer or also you can simply use your hands...with mixer you'll get those oats and seeds all grinded into this fine paste...but if you take it with your hands you'll keep a bite of oats...the choice is yours!!!

When averything is combine and fine..all you need to do is to put it into some baking pan or tray..i don't know..find something...

So...put the dough in it and just flatten it down...


Now step three...pre heated oven 200C ...inside... 35-45minutes....basicly the best indicator is a pin...put it inside in the middle if the bread,if it comes out clean...it's done!


Guys...it may sound complicated but seriously...if you decide to make this bread...i promise you...you'll fall in love with it....enjoy:)))
