Chicken burgers...

Hey now people...wazz up...it's been a while right...yeah..i know...i just got back from my workout..i've demolished my chest,traps and biceps got my pwo shake and now i'm heading back home to get ready for my work...so no fuckin' excuses ok:))

Any how...last night i made one of my favorite dishes and that would be a chicken burger...

After a while you kinda get enough of plain file,so it's fun to change something just to keep it more interesting...and also you get to have this possibility to season your chicken more colorful when it's grinded....

So...start from the begining..grind your chicken breast...if you can aford some fat you can use half of breast and the other half thigh,some dark chicken...it'll definetly taste and smell better...


Ok,so i did this..and i mesured about 280g of chicken and the rest goes for later...

Now you need to season it...here you can use pretty much what you like and what you thik is gonna taste good.. I'put some garlic powder,salt,white peppar and red paprika powder...


Beside this...you also need a key ingredients wich separates a hard,and rubbery burger from light and fluffy one...

You need water...as you may see in the pic up it's about 1dl maybe little more or little less...and the other key ingredient is baking soda...this will give your burger that fluffy bite...and how much of it...well quite little...just take it in your fingertips and spread it over the compound...

Now take a spoon...or you can use your hands and mix everything together for about a minute or so...the micture needs to be almost runny...but if it's too runny the only thing you can do is add some instant oats or somthing else dry to give it a bit of body...

Ok...this is combined...i wanted to have this burgers with some veggies so i took some red and green paprika,zucchini and  onion...chopp it on a smaller pieces and prepare two pans for this...for burgers i used my steak pan and for vegges wok...

now you need to add some oil...as less as possible so what i do is...i use my spray bottle so i can controle the amount and also spred it evenly...


So now what you need to do is just put in all this stuff to cook...with veggies there's no catch...just spread them evenly in your wok but with burgers you need to be a bit more careful.... ok...

Since they are quite runny don't even think about shaping them by hands...you gonna make a mess...insted...use your fork and simply pour it in...once the mixture is in the pan...use wet spatula and flatten it down...leep your spatula realy wet or it's gonna stick...

So...burgers are cooking, veggies you try to stir as often as you can...what i like to use now is alot of black peppar both on the burgers and on vegges...

So...time to flip those beauties...this is the part when even if you weren't realy hungry you're about to get...

Just use your spatula and simply flip it...and there you can see this beautiful colour...and remember....more color more taste...so if it's pale and boring you've probably have too low heat in my stove between 1 and 9 i used 7-8 so think about it...


Now you need to take care of your veggies...you can eat it as they are right now,but i wanted to make 'em a bit more complete so i took a canned tomatoes and just added a few and imediately start to mash them to make them saucy and fine:)

Now since you are using small amounts of oil spacialy when you flip those paddies they are comletely dry underneath...so not whome burger is touching the pan...and what you need to do in order to br sure that they're not gonna stay row you use the lid but not more then...well let's say a minute or 90 seconds max

...and when that is done..all you need to do is season the veggies a bit more...i've put garlic again and alot of thyme...i love thyme...and of course salt...
