Now...the reason for me why i think that i'm on the right road is because i still have that strenght...not same as i had at 121,but maybe 15% less wich is great...i get that feeling time to time when i feel i'm loosing focus while i'm at the gym,and i wrote before that i almost never have that problem...but it's ok,i belive...
Spekin' of wich...today was my heavy leggs day..and while i was on my way to the gym..i've sence that but once i hit the weights...boom..pure strenght...
So this is me feont squating 180kg couple of times and pressing...god knows how much..i rearly vmcount theese so...i think i still got it...:)))
