So imediately i swiched it and waited to get realy hot and by that time i made my 5% fat all beef burgers...wich i don't eat very often these days but today was ok so i made the mixture,shaped a patty and set it on the grill and put over the upper part so it's nice and hot...
First thing i've noticed it was super-fast...so this patti wich was about 1,5cm thick was done in two minutes...so that's great..i've also noticed that it doesn't stick at all...of course if you wait long enough to be realy hot...and i added no oil...so it was dry as a horses dick:))) i always wanted to say this...
Any way,it's fast it doesn't stick...not taste...very good...since it needed so little time to be done...means that it's powerfull so basicly i knew that it won't have that sort of boiled taste wich i realy dislike when i eat something that's supposed to be grilled...so it tasted great...my mistake..it was a bit under salted but,any way...good meal,good device and i'm happy...since i'm gonna be eating from it a whole vacation so...i might as well have a decent food though...
Other than that there was that kitchen scale...quite simple,easy so that's good and those flavours for my grits and oatmeal...well...chocholate smells amaizing but that amaretto...not so good...it smells like marzipan..fuck me if i know why...but there was no apricot smell there...any way...it's still good...
